Return Policy

 

  • 14 day return policy applies from the date the item is delivered, any damage must be reported within 24 hours. Otherwise we will not be able to exchange the item.
  • All exchanges will be made within 4-14 working days basis once item is received.This will be longer over Christmas and New Year
  • Any unwanted items ordered must be returned at buyers expense and will be charged 10% handling fee.
  • The cancellation period only applies to goods that are unused, 7 day cancellation period applies.
  • If the item has been used we don’t accept returns.
  • If the product is faulty and the fault has been verified,  we will decide to refund or repair at our discretion, as our right under sales of goods act.
  • If you wish to cancel your purchase under distance selling regulations you must notify us in writing through email.
  • The bikes need to be assembled by professional cycle mechanics to keep the warranty, we will not be held responsible for incorrect assembly.

 

Damaged Items 

  • All Damages are to be reported within 24 Hours of delivery (Photoes are required as proof of Damage) emailed to ctbikes_15@yahoo.com
  • Arrangement for returned items to be Replaced ( Order to be Returned and received by Ourselves prior to Replacement being sent out )
  • Should you require a part replacing due to Damage the manufacture will be contacted to get the damaged part sent out to you within 3 to 5 working days
  • We will not be held responsible for any damaged not reported to us in the First Instance prior to the buyer taking it upon thereselves to get the Damage repaired (We will Not be liable for any expense incurred in this instance)
  • Manufactures Warranty applied to all new products delivered damaged part or order replacements are covered free of charge,  when reported to us in the First instance

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed once the purchased product has been returned and received by CTBikes
  • We do not refund prior to the item being returned to us.
  • Refunds take 3 to 5 Working days to be received back to your payment Source .i.e debit or credit card payment , Paypal refunds are process and received straight away into your Paypal Account.
